6 vacation things you can do in San Francisco on vacation. Coming from northern California. We love taking trips to and knowing its only like a 3-hr trip from where we live is a great little getaway. The bay aera is one of those places where its hip, multi culture and beach destination all in one.
For the family and I taking a short trip is a big thing for us, because we love the short drive up there. Lot agriculture, farming towns and creeks and valley of hills. Plenty if good stops on there.
So, we don’t mind the little drive. One the big moments for us is driving over the bay bridge. Seeing the ocean and the big boats on the riverbed heading out to sea it’s a big thrill for our kid. He loves seeing the ocean and the boats.

Murin trail look out is so breath taking at this look out at seeing the San Fransico from a distance is amazing to see. There are picnic tables to sit down and have a picnic or just take a breather from walking around and soaking up the scenery of the over-view. Just a little precaution is the road going to the lookout can be kind of scary, because the road is pretty curvy and has non rails on the side of the road at time of the drive. However, it really worth the drive and looking out the ocean and seeing San Fransico.

Good location on Polk St. Pack with locals and other cafes and restaurant. Great menu and price are well price for the selection of their food of choice. Good atmosphere with great staff. The food was tasty and spicey. A little sweet with their curry, but good taste.

The Oakland Zoo was a great visit with the family. 200st ft with a sky ride to the other side of the zoo. It took us 4 hours to walk the hole zoo. They offer a Varity of all kinds of different animals. They offer a great price $25 for two adults and $20 for child and $10 for parking lot. The fastest way we got in, was to make reservation online they can scan your tickets on your iPhone or smart phone once you open up your app to the ticket, then they can just scan your ticked on your smart phone.
The Oakland Zoo had 7 section different section where you can go and explore 7 parts of the zoo. They had African savanna, California trail, children zoo, parrot plaza, tropical rainforest, wild Australia, then they had rides for kids and adults. The funniest part of the park they had the sky ride to go across the zoo into the north side of the park. they had. You can see San Fransico from the sky ride. It was a great visit with the family to go to the Oakland Zoo.

Visiting San Fransico science of academy was really eye-opening tom see a different side of science. Located at 55 Music Concourse Dr. San Fransico. This was the best part of the trip to visit. They had so many different species of animals from insects to the rain forest. It took us to walk the hole 4 hours of the aquarium just to see everything. My family had a great time from seeing the different insects to sea creatures to land animals like phytons and rattle snakes.
San Fransico Academy of science is one of the largest museums in the world. They have children learning program witch I think is really cool they offer kids program. You can send your child to learn science.

Murin wood notational forest was awesome experience to see the redwoods in its natural habitat. It was very peaceful, and the nature of the sceneries was breathtaking to see the redwoods. Very green and cool dents of the forest was unreal to walk through the redwoods. They had different trails where you can explore new trails and very informative to see the signs on where to go and were you want to hike next. Thier were signs everywhere about keeping the forest sustainability to take care of the redwoods so, they can last forever.

6 vacation things to do in San Fransico on vacation. One of the main things to do once you get to San Fransico is drive to the golden gate beach. It’s a sight that is breath taking. Looking at the ocean and seeing people wind Saling is a chill vibe. The people are friendly and everybody’s chilling and having a good time. A lot of picnics and swimming a family gathering. Dogs are running around; kids are flying their kits.

We really enjoy going to per 36. Plenty if restaurants and shops and they have ice cream shops and plenty of toy shops, game shops. So, many to choose from San Fransico Visiting per 36 Docks Visting per 36 docks the sea otters is one of the coolest things to do once you’re in San Fransico. Watching these creatures is amazing thing to see. There always talking, like they want to put on a show for the people to watch them.
