A DAILY ROUTINE | Going To Work, Creating Great Habits Consistency
I get up early and get my ice coffee, go sit down on my small couch and relax for a little bit. Think about what kind of video i want to make. Then I’m thinking what caan of woirkout do I want to do.
After my workout i go and have protein shake or make a simple breakfeast. That I enjoy making and eating. Usally it’s with eggs, or suaage, then got to have my bacon, with some juice.
