KEEP IT SIMPLE AND TRY TO GET A GOOD PUMP. TAKES MAYBE NO MORE THEN 2-3 GOOD WORKING SET SET AND THROW ONE SUPER-SET OR 1 DROP SET TO GET A BURN
HAVING A GARAGE GYM CAN SAVE YOU ALOT OF MONEY, TRAVEL AND TIME
