Workout routine

My workout routine is getting up early enough to start my 8 am workout routine. I will start with my coffee and MCT OIL or if I’m late getting up, I will have a ghost energy drink. Most of the time I don’t go by a schedule or a journal. So, I just go by what I feel in the morning and how I feel physically and mentally. First, I will try to go over what I will do in my daily life and what foods I will end up eating and what exercise I feel end-up doing.

So, I will end up doing my exercise, However, it could be some Abs 5โ€“10-minute exercise or a full body workout. Mostly it will be with my resistance band and If I’m doing legs, I will switch to 30 lbs resistance band. You can do plenty with a resistance band, just have to experience a with it a little.

First time trying vegan food. What is vegan ? No meat and fish

So, my wife mad vegan food for the first time for her and me. It wasn’t that bad to tell you the truth. It was actually good and vert soft and wet. I’m kind of use to eating meat and fish for my diet and protein. I can I say I eat more plant base protein. So, I’m kind of used to it.

Cardio

I really enjoy doing cardio early in the morning. I usually will get my coffee and MCT Oil or a Ghost energy drink. Then, I’m on my treadmill doing at least 20-40 min cardio. I feel great doing after doing cardio. I’m awake and ready form the day and hungry.

Sometimes, I like running at the park or at home. But this is me running at out park a mile or 2 from the house
