Review: recovery from training BJJ, but staying active from hurting from Jit-jitsu
Even Thoe I have stayed up my physical condition when I return train Jit-jitsu from recovery, I still feel physically hurt and a lot of times having a hard time to move around when getting up from bed. Back of my mind I figure I stop training and working out there is no way to stay up tom par with my training when I go back to train Jit-jitsu at my age.
Review: recovery from training BJJ feeling free from pain
I can say a couple of things that have stop the aches and pian from my body is my elbows and forearms. They haven’t been hurting for a while now, and that’s a big sign of release. They used to hurt consistently after training. But who knows how they’re going to feel when I actually go back to train hard and consistently? I’m hoping the pain doesn’t come back, and I don’t have to worry about feeling aches and pains, and soreness after training Jit-jitsu..
