The number 1 self-care routine

As, I watch a positive old movie I really like watching gets me in a positive mood. For me watching an old movie for some reason really gets me in a positive mind set. It makes feel young again and remember the days when I was younger remembering the great memories I had. Then, it makes me relax more and in a better mood. me forget what ever negative thoughts I had before, I was watching the movie.

It reduces my stress on my body and mind. It really puts me in a better mood and controls my stress level and anxiety. Like I can watch old movies all day and just get lost in the movie and enjoy myself eating snacks and popcorn or eating a good meal at home with the family. While laughing and talking about the movies is really enjoyable.

Sometimes I wonder if watching old movies, I enjoy watching makes me feel younger. Thats why feel more at peace and so active like working out or studying things more consistence. For some reason It’s like once I put on an older movie my mind can go into focus mood and start doing something else. All while when that movie is playing, I can watch the movie at the same time.

Summer 2023 all summer long I been watching old movies for some reason. It’s just a mood I have been feeling all summer long just watching old movie that gets me in the mood all day. I been more active and consistence with my studying and blogging more consistence. So, now I’m watching Star Wars and I’m blogging as of right now. Lol.

Whatever it is, it’s working for me at this point in time and I’m not stopping anytime soon.
