I’M I TO OLD TO GROW ARMS: fit over 50

MAN OH, MAN. I LOVE TRAINING TRICEPS. THEY LOOK GREAT WITH THE DEFINITION OF THE TRICEPS.

I KEEP TRY TO KEEP IT PRETTY SIMPLE WHEN TRAINING ARMS

I TRY DO ONE WARM-UP SET THEN DO 2-3 WORKING SET 10 – 12 REPS PER BODY EXERCISE.

I’M I TO OLD TO GROW ARMS

  • TRICEPS EXTENSIONS 1 WAR UP – 2-3 WORKING SETS 10-12 REPS
  • TRICEPS PUSH DOWNS 2-3 WORKING SET 10-12 REPS
  • OVER HEAD EXTENSIONS 2-3 WORKING SET 10-12 REPS

HOWEVER; I DO MIX IT UP AND DO OTHER VARIETY OF TRICEPS EXERCISE

I ALWAYS TRY TO KEEP A REP RANG OF BETWEEN 8-12 REPS. SOMETIMES, I TRY TO LEFT HEAVY ON SOME DAYS, BUT MAJORITY OF THE MY WORKOUT I LIFT LIGHT. BECAUSE I DON’T WANT TO HURT MY SELF.

YOU CAN GET PUMP IF YOU LIFT LIGHT OR HEAVY OR EVEN HIGH REPS OR HEAVY REPS LIKE 5-8 REPS.

JUST KEEP IN MY YOU CAN DO MIND TO CONNECTION AND CONCENTRATION ON YOUR FORM
