So, plant base bowl is fun making and color, I have been eating more plant base foods the past couple of day. Ands I been really enjoying the food. Also mind feels a lot better knowing that plant base foods are probely the best foods we can have on the daily. My body feels great and gets me really excited knowing that I’m eating really healthy foods through out the day. I can still have some sort of protein still like suasage, fish and still have a good colorful salad.
Im getting pleanty of protein. Then adding some fiber and plant base foods and veggies, protein, grains Like cuccumber, zuccuine, squash, tomatos, potatos, corn, cabbage.

How i mak emy plant base salad recipe. I put in romainian lettuce, black beans, gonzo beans, totmatos, avacado, and zuccubnie and plant base chille sasauge and tehn pour some ranch dressing
