Strating off by getting some coffee or water even your favortie beverage to dring in the morning to get your self going.
Get out of bed, get ready and just relax a little bite. Then take your kids to school.
Spent tsome time with my sin during his fun run to raise money fir the his school. Had a great time.
Firt start off with a biceps: Single arm biceps cable curls 3 sets 8-12 reps
2nd excersice: eazy bar arm curls 3 sets 8-12 reps curls
3rd arm excersice: dumbbell concentration curls 3 serts 8-12 reps
Then take a 5 minute shoulder excersie
Dumbbell Laterisl raises3 sets 8-12 reps
Sometime Take breaks if you need breaks in between sets
Dont get burt out
