How to deal with mental health and depression.
I figure a way to I control the anxiety and keep moving forward like nothing bothering me. I can feel my head is like going to explode, because so much stress is put on. Depression can happen to anyone of us at any moment or anytime in our lives. It could be by family history, lifestyle, work related or substance abuse. However, we can manage it and work on our health the smart way as in getting help, talking to advisors, friends, co-workers, spouse, or even coaches.

I have found ways to keep controlling it by doing research, watching videos, reading and keep my training consistency. These things really help me to keep me motivated and stay on course, so I won’t lose focus.
This is my own experience that I’m talking discussing and learning from my own trials and tribulations so I can give tips and giddiness. Playing music is one of my biggest stress releases.
It takes me into a different emotion as in inspiring and feeling good about my self-esteem goes up. I found this hobby very helpful for me. Also training Brazilian Jiu jitsu get my emotions out of me.
Find some hobbies that you like and make you feel good, basketball, like working out, weight training, board games, running, etc. Finding could make a big difference in your mental health.

My best advice to handle depression
Try to find the problem and move forward to finding the answer of why your feeling depressed. There is help out there like I mentioned before. Videos like TED TALK, magazines, articles, social media, life coach, friends, doctors, spouse, etc..
How to find the problem that you struggle with is the most important for your health and lifestyle. Once you find the solution it can ease your depression and mental thoughts, and you can function better throughout your day.
Just remember you have to take things by baby steps, don’t try to fix by substances abuse, it will make worst. Don’t take unwanted advice, or anything that makes you feel uncomfortable.
