BJJ Weak Points
Tips and guide note taking for BJJ weak points
Very excited about the improvements i have mad just note taking for BJJ weak points. Working on simple jiu-jitsu technic ques like my arm bar, my side control and my under hooks side step-over for arm-bar.
BJJ Weak Points on BJJ Dummy or Heavy Bag
I contribute the heavy bag I been using, that’s been really helping, because of the weight distribution of the heavy bag is pretty heavy. Noticing my strength and endurance is one of my weak points.
I just been doing basic jiujitsu movement’s. Concentrating on my hips, and legs too. Just going over and over until I get comfortable with my agility. I’m enjoying this time.
Also I have been using my Gi, along with the heavy bag. That makes wonder when you can combine your Gi to a heavy bag. You can do almost everything with that combination
Work on knee on belly w/ under hooks arm-bars, work on basic arm-bars, work on multiple kimuras on side control, work on north and south chokes, lasso grips.
Just a fun way to train man. This is awesome to learn. For you older grapplers try this man. It will work wonders for your game and memories , and technic.
