AM I TOLD OLD TO GROW CHEST: Fitness Over 50, home chest gains over 50

I GOT REALLY PUMP FOR THIS CHEST WORKOUT. I WAS ALWAYS CATION ABOUT GETTING TO BIG AND BULKY WHEN I WAS YOUNGER. BUT KNOW THAT AM OLDER A LOT WISER, AND HAVE CONFIDENCE IN MY SELF. I WANT TO ACCOMPLISH OF BEING SHREDDED AND HAVE A BIG CHEST.

SO, ONCE AGAIN YOU DON’T NEED TO DO 6 CHEST EXERCISE AND 25 REPS.

JUST KEEP IT SIMPLE LIKE I MENTION BEFORE. TO 3-4 EXERCISE FOR AND 8-12 REPS.

THAT’S ALL YOU NEED TO DO TO GROW A GOOD CHEST. MIXED IT UP IF YOU WANT TO.

AND MOST “IMPORTANTLY” HAVE FUN WORKING OUT
