Best free guide to rent condo in Pattaya is really easy to find when best free tipstraveling on vacation. They were very helpful and engaged what we wanted to find & what we wanted for our condo. They found us a nice condo by the beach in walking distance.

This was one of the condos I rented that I stayed in Pattaya it’s called The Blue Condo. I found it on TripAdvisor, contacted the owner of the condo he invited us to see the condo.

It was next to the main street in Pattaya a lot of restaurants and shopping stores. You do have to walk for a bit to get to the main road. The best thing about the main road is there plenty of taxi and motorbike.

Look for right condo

The condo had nice flooring a refrigerator, flat tv screens on the wall, in living-room and master bedroom. They got us one with a nice little balcony, they had a small gym down stairs, a swimming pool and café. They also have elevators for easier access. Remember to look for the best condos to rent when choosing your condo.

Consider your lifestyle that fits your living situation when rent out condos when traveling. Do your research and assignments for agreements when looking over contracts and the essentials you want for your lifestyle.

We were only paying 15,000 baht in $500 dollars. We did get are money back after moving out the condo. There were very nice about the the deposit, they weren’t picky or pushy about the condo condition.

The only thing was a negative that it was a really small condo and we had to buy our own refrigerator. The owner let us have a month to month agreement, we didn’t have to sign up for a year contract or 6 months.

Look for easy transportation outside of condo

Look for easy transportation system outside of condo. Their are motorbikes if you don’t mind getting on a back of a motorbike. There is a 7-11 outside by the condo and there are motorbike taxi you can take for a cheap price.

Tip. Go to a couple of realtors that fits best to your needs to rent condo. Look for prices, agreements and how long of the office been open. Do they have a friendly staff, are they energetic, engaging ect.
