Zenith Sundays. Hey there! I just wanted to share with you the daily routine breakdown that I use for my Sunday retreats. I find that having a structured routine helps me to feel more centered and focused throughout the day. 

wake up

  • 8:00 am – Wake up and make a cup of coffee or teas
  • 8:30 am – Spend 15 minutes meditating or doing yoga
  • 9:00 am – Enjoy a healthy breakfast
  • 10:00 am – Write in my journal for 30 minutes
  • 11:00 am – Take a walk outside in nature
  • 12:00 pm – Have lunch and read a book
  • 1:00 pm – Spend time on a creative project or hobby
  • 3:00 pm – Take a nap or rest
  • 4:00 pm – Reflect on the day and plan for the week ahead
  • 5:00 pm – Enjoy a relaxing evening activity, such as watching a movie or taking a bath
  • 9:00 pm – Get ready for bed and wind down
