Morning routine. Usually, I get up around 7 to 9 and, 9 is the latest time I get to my daily routine. I even try to get up around 4 – 5 if I get to bed early and feel great getting at that time to do my cardio first thing in the morning. But since I have a little boy and the wife is still busy, and its summertime, so that means our son will be up a little later at night, that we give him some freedom to enjoy his summer.

However, I will try to set my alarm to try to get from bed and get my daily routine going and stick to a plan that consists of any exercise that I feel at that moment and feel good about it. It builds good habits and a healthy diet. I will grab or make some healthy wrap or oak meal with some protein powder.
