As time goes by were going to be able to keep up with the young guys and get better as time goes by also. we’re going to be less exhausted and fatigue and tired. Once you start training, you’re going to start being more active off the mates.
2. Brazilian Jit-jitsu is great for working on your flexibility is very important for our body and health. When doing jiu jitsu were doing technic that forces us sometimes to get into position that stretches’ our body out.
3. Self-defense. Learning Self-defense is a great thing to learn and understand how on defend yourself in a bad situation. You’re going to learn basic fundamentals. Defend head and arm. wrestling like takedowns and Judo throws.

Once you start rolling you going to constantly sweat when rolling like 20 min in your Gi or No Gi. Plus, when you start watching you eat more often you going to lose weight at a faster rate.
